Mr. Paul Baron is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Eden Consultancy and a Business & Community Development Professional.
Mr. Baron has work extensively within the private and public sector in the Commonwealth of Dominica. His career which now spans 15 years, began as early as 2006 after completing an Associate degrees in Economics & Sociology. Mr. Baron is a trained Financial Advisor and Communications Specialist.
His involvement in the public life has yield exponential results having capped the title of Chairman of a Local Government Authority and President of the National Youth Council of Dominica.
Driven by the desire to help change lives his commitment to business and community is evidential by the way he approaches every matter. You can regularly hear him saying that businesses exist to solved problems that affect us on an individual and societal level. And the result for the community is social and economic prosperity.

Ms. Jermina N. Anatol is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder at Eden Consultancy.
Jermina is an embodiment of precision and prudence in doing business. She has worked extensively in the only Employment Agency in Dominica, the National Employment Program. Her involvement there, ensured that the organization met the human resource needs of both the Public and Private Sector. Her greatest attribute is emotional intelligence, team building skills, administration and communications which she skillfully uses to help build capacity in others.
Although her passion is pharmaceuticals, she applies what she has learnt throughout her career to the business environment.
Jermina will ensure that you and your business receive thoughtful attention and the best solutions are proposed for your business needs.
